From May 21 to 23, 2026, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the sponsorship support of Joint Stock Company “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan,” implemented the large-scale and unique project “HALYQ ÁUENI.” The main objective of this cultural project is to widely promote national folk culture and art in the regions and rural communities of the country, ensure equal public access to cultural values, and support the development and promotion of creative ensembles throughout Kazakhstan.
As part of the concert tour, the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Orchestra of Folk Instruments presented the “HALYQ ÁUENI” concert program in the city of Lisakovsk, Kostanay Region, offering audiences the finest works of national musical art. During the concert, traditional folk küis and outstanding compositions by Kazakh composers were performed. The program was warmly received by the audience and allowed spectators to gain a deeper appreciation of the spiritual value and rich essence of national art. The orchestra’s high level of professionalism and refined performance culture earned sincere admiration and enthusiastic applause from the audience.
A special guest of the concert program was Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recipient of the “Parasat” Order, Zhenis Ysqaqova, who performed popular songs beloved by the public together with the national orchestra.
