From May 21 to 23, 2026, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the sponsorship support of Joint Stock Company \u201cHalyk Bank of Kazakhstan,\u201d is implementing the large-scale and unique project \u201cHALYQ \u00c1UENI.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From May 21 to 23, 2026, within the framework of the project, the Kazakh National Orchestra of Folk Instruments named after Kurmangazy will perform in the Kostanay Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch of the project is dedicated to May 21 \u2014 the professional holiday of cultural and arts workers. This gives the initiative special symbolic significance and enhances its spiritual and cultural value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
