The grand opening of the Cross Year of Culture of Kazakhstan and China took place in Beijing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kurmangazy Kazakh National Orchestra of Folk Instruments took part in the gala concert dedicated to this significant event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the large-scale international program, the national orchestra performed at a high professional level. The orchestra appeared on stage together with the orchestra of the China National Opera and Ballet Theatre, presenting a joint musical program that highlighted the depth of cultural ties between the two countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremonial evening was held on the stage of the China National Opera Theatre. Among the distinguished guests were Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan \u2013 Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balaeva, Minister of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China Sun Yeli, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People\u2019s Republic of China Shakhrat Nuryshev, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps and China\u2019s creative intelligentsia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This cultural event was organized within the framework of international agreements between the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the President of the People\u2019s Republic of China Xi Jinping, and became an important step in strengthening spiritual ties, as well as promoting mutual understanding and friendship between the two nations through art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participation of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Orchestra of Folk Instruments in this project not only demonstrated the ensemble\u2019s high professional level but also contributed to enhancing the prestige of Kazakh national art on the global stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
