The Kurmangazy Kazakh National Folk Instruments Orchestra proudly presents its concert program, “The National Orchestra in Taldykorgan,” to be held in the city of Taldykorgan.

On 23 June 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the city of Taldykorgan will host a concert by the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Folk Instruments Orchestra, the first orchestra in the history of the nation and one that stood at the origins of the Kazakh people’s national musical art.

The concert program, entitled “THE NATIONAL ORCHESTRA IN TALDYKORGAN,” will present audiences with the rich musical heritage of our people. Accompanied by the National Orchestra, the evening will feature majestic Kazakh kuy compositions, which are an invaluable treasure of traditional musical culture, heartfelt and melodious songs of the Zhetysu singing school, as well as masterpieces of the world’s classical music repertoire.
